Ticket Exchange Policy
Single ticket purchases
We regret that single tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Subscription tickets
ACO subscribers can exchange their tickets to another ACO subscription concert of their choice.
Making an exchange: Sydney, Canberra, Newcastle, Adelaide and Wollongong
Subscribers should send their tickets to: ACO Box Office, PO Box R21, Royal Exchange NSW 1225. Tickets must be posted to reach the Box Office at least one week prior to the concert they wish to change.
Tickets may also be exchanged for another subscription concert at their venue, in person at the Box Office, Sydney Opera House Canberra Ticketing, Canberra; Adelaide Festival Centre; Ticketek, Newcastle; Ticketek, Illawarra Performing Arts Centre and City Recital Hall Angel Place (exchange fees may apply).
Please note: Sydney Opera House subscribers cannot exchange their tickets in person at the City Recital Hall Angel Place and vice versa. Exchanges between these venues must be posted to ACO Box Office, PO Box R21, Royal Exchange NSW 1225. Tickets must be posted to reach the Box Office at least one week prior to the concert they wish to change.
Making an exchange: Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth
ACO subscribers exchange their tickets for another ACO subscription concert in their city in person at the Box Office of the Arts Centre (Melbourne), the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (Brisbane) and the Perth Concert Hall respectively (exchange fees may apply).
Making an exchange: Interstate exchanges
Subscribers wishing to exchange their tickets for a concert interstate should send their tickets to ACO Box Office, PO Box R21, Royal Exchange NSW 1225. Tickets must be posted to reach the Box Office at least one week prior to the concert they wish to change.
Full Terms and Conditions
Concession Tickets
Full-time students, Australian Social Security card holders, Veterans’ Affairs pensioners and Health Care card holders are eligible for concession package prices. Seniors Card holders are not eligible for concession prices.
