Chairman's Council

Join an exclusive, invitation-only association

Formed by Guido Belgiorno-Nettis AM, Chairman of the ACO and Managing Director of Transfield Holdings Pty Ltd, the Chairman’s Council invites Chief Executives and Managing Directors from a range of companies to enjoy exclusive, intimate networking opportunities and incomparable performances by the ACO.

Our members’ annual contributions directly support the ACO’s extensive annual international touring program, with tours to the United States, Europe and Asia planned over the next three years.

Chairman’s Council members are offered the following annual benefits in Sydney and Melbourne:

  • Invitations for two to the annual Opening night concert and Opening night party;
  • Invitations for four to two annual Chairman’s Council cocktail parties and private performances (one each in Sydney and Melbourne) to be hosted by one of our members in a unique, elegant venue;
  • Invitations for six guests to each of four concerts in either Sydney or Melbourne, including complimentary interval drinks and post performance drinks with the Orchestra
  • Invitations for four to each of two private ‘behind the scenes’ rehearsals in the ACO’s own studio, where Richard Tognetti will address your guests and you will be invited to join the Orchestra for drinks and canapés afterwards;
  • An invitation for two to the exclusive Chairman’s Council Annual Dinner where you will hear the ACO perform in an intimate, elegant venue, and enjoy fine dining created by a celebrity chef;
  • Acknowledgement in the ACO’s annual National Season Brochure, every National Tour Program and the ACO’s Annual Report.

Corporate: $17,500 (+ GST)

Individual: $4,000 (+ GST) and the ACO requests an additional suggested tax deductible donation of $13,500
