In July, the ACO presents ACO Move: A Sensory Tactile Experience at the Sydney Opera House Utzon Room. This is a unique program designed to introduce classical music and musicians to high school-aged students with disability, and provides access to all facets and stages of music-making.
The event is a part of the Sydney Opera House 2015 Access Program, launched in February this year with the aim of presenting more inclusive performances. At the launch, ACO Customer Relations & Access Manager Dean Watson presented ACO Move, an exciting new initiative for students, teachers, families and community groups.
