The Sydney Opera House is a premiere destination for classical music in Sydney. It is under these iconic sails that the Australian Chamber Orchestra performs contemporary and classical music Sydney audiences relish.
Every year the ACO presents seven Sydney concert dates at Sydney Opera House, on Sunday afternoons. Additional Sydney concerts are performed at City Recital Hall Angel Place on Friday afternoons, and Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday evenings.

You can catch buses, trains and ferries to Circular Quay which is a short stroll (less than 10 minutes) to the Sydney Opera House. Timetable information: 131500.com.au or phone 131 500.
Sydney Opera House Car Park, enter via Macquarie Street. There is under cover access to the Sydney Opera House from the Car Park.
A limited number of spaces are available for wheelchairs in the Concert Hall. It is essential that you advise the ACO Box Office of your requirements when booking tickets.Wheelchairs are available from Stage Door for use by patrons and visitors on site, free of charge.Wheelchair access is by ramp from the southern entrance of the Concourse. Undercover wheelchair access is available from Stage Door and the Sydney Opera House Car Park.
Sydney Opera House provides limited parking spaces for those with disabilities. These spaces need to be reserved through House Management on (02) 9250 7185, when booking tickets.

There are a number of bars and restaurants at Sydney Opera House and around Circular Quay. We also recommend a picnic in the Botanic Gardens before your Sunday afternoon Sydney concert.
