Our Instruments

 
Musicians in the ACO are privileged to play on some of the finest instruments in the world, several of which were made in the historical period known as the Golden Age of stringed instruments.

This is made possible through the generosity of private benefactors and key patrons such as Peter Weiss AO,  Guido Belgiorno-Nettis AM and Michelle Belgiorno-Nettis, and the ACO Instrument Fund - an ACO initiative which enables investors to participate in the ownership of a bank of historic stringed instruments.

The ACO Instrument Fund

The ACO Instrument Fund gives investors the opportunity to take part in the acquisition of rare instruments. These instruments have the potential for long term capital gain, and are brought to life by our musicians on national and international tours.
