OUR ACCESSIBILITY COMMITMENT
The ACO is committed to making our concerts, information and services available to people with disabilities.
We do this through a disability action plan, working with venues to provide accessible seating options for our concerts and making key information and interactions simpler to access where required.
The ACO Website has been built with accessibility in mind, with large fonts and colour contrasts that adhere to AA guidance.
Key documents, such as our Season Brochures, are available to download in an open format from this page. Visitors can also request a plain-text version of any file by emailing our Box Office on [email protected], or calling 1800 444 444 Monday – Friday, between 9am and 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
COMPANION CARD HOLDERS
The ACO is a National Affiliate of the National Companion Card Scheme. The companion card is recognised for all concerts in the ACO’s National Concert Season and entitles the purchaser to a free ticket for their companion. The purchaser will need to contact our Box Office by calling 1800 444 444 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm AEST) or emailing [email protected]. For more information, visit www.companioncard.gov.au.
