ACO To Whom I May Concern

To Whom I May Concern

In this unique collaboration between the Australian Chamber Orchestra, Group Homes Australia, UNSW and Dementia Australia, individuals share their poignant stories of living with dementia through theatre and live music.

Back by popular demand in 2023, To Whom I May Concern ® gives a powerful voice to the differing experiences of people living with dementia and Mild Cognitive Impairment, through a moving live performance which fosters deeper understanding and conversations in the wider community.

In this world-first collaboration, individuals will share their stories of living with dementia in a theatrical performance, interwoven with live music specifically curated and performed by ACO musicians.

These stories are the distillation of several months of facilitated group conversations, where participants have shared both their unique and shared experiences of living with dementia; from noticing initial changes in their lives, to receiving and sharing their diagnosis with others, through to the process of adjusting their daily lives, and their hopes for the future.

Prepare to be moved and confronted by their courage, sadness, insights, and humour.

Duration: 1 hour, no interval.
Tickets: $25
