When will I receive my tickets?

All 2024 tickets (including subscriptions) will be sent out as digital tickets to the email address registered on your account. Tickets will be emailed one concert at a time throughout the year, 48 hours ahead of each concert.

I have a credit on my account. How can I use it?

Credit can be redeemed online. You can view your credit amount in the My Account section of the website after logging in. Credit will be automatically applied to your order.

Will the account credit I elected to receive after Covid cancellations expire?

No. We will continue to hold onto your credit until you decide what you would like to do.

Can I purchase accessible seating?

Yes. If you would like to book wheelchair or accessible seating spaces, please call the Box Office on 1800 444 444.

Can I pay for my tickets in instalments?

Yes. Full-season Subscribers have the option to pay in instalments – pay 25% to secure your booking and the remaining balance will be automatically deducted from the same credit card in three instalments: 1 Nov 2023, 6 Dec 2023 and 10 Jan 2024. Please ensure your card is valid through to January 2024.

How do I access the Single Ticket presale?

Head to aco.com.au/signup to sign up to our eNews and participate in our 2024 Single Ticket presale on Wednesday 18 October. You'll have access to tickets 48 hours before everyone else!
